How much is already taken
This page tells you the two acreage figures the development company published, and why this register refuses to subtract one from the other. It matters because almost every version of these numbers you will read elsewhere has been quietly netted off.

The Board's Report signed on 10 November 2025 says 1,519 acres of industrial land is now readily available for allotment, and that out of this, 530 acres have already been allotted. Those two sentences sit next to each other and they do not reconcile, because land described as readily available cannot also be already allotted. Both are printed here exactly as they appear. This register publishes no derived figure for what is left, because the source does not support one.

Why the subtraction is not safe
If 1,519 acres is the total industrial land and 530 of it is gone, then 989 acres remain. That is the arithmetic everybody does, and it may well be what the report meant. But the report does not say it. It says the 1,519 acres is now readily available for allotment, and then says 530 acres of that has already been allotted.
Read strictly, that is a contradiction. Either the 1,519 figure includes land that is not actually available, or the word available is being used loosely. Both readings are plausible and the document does not choose between them. So this register does not choose either, and it does not print 989 anywhere.
This is the most quoted pair of numbers in Dholera coverage
These two figures travel widely, usually with the subtraction already performed and the ambiguity stripped out. Once a derived number is repeated a few times it stops carrying any memory of the sentence it came from.
The value of a register is that it keeps the sentence. If you need to use these figures, use them with the wording attached: one report, one page, signed 10 November 2025, covering a financial year that ended on 31 March 2025.
What the 530 acres is not
It is not a list of per company areas. The report names four companies and then adds other prominent industrial proponents, and it gives no area, no plot number, no survey number, no allotment date and no price for any of them individually. Only the 530 acre aggregate exists.
That is why four of the twelve parcels in this register carry UNKNOWN in the area column while still being real, sourced allotments. They appear on the allottees page, and what is missing from each is set out on the not listed page.
