A rate card with no date
This page tells you the single most important thing about the published Dholera land rates, which is that nobody can tell you how old they are. It matters because a price without a date cannot be compared with anything, including an earlier version of itself.

Nobody can say. The official table is headed Revised Land Allotment Rate, which announces that a revision happened, and then the page never says when it happened, what the rates were before, or from what date the new ones apply. The only date anywhere on that page is a site wide footer reading Last Updated 07/07/2026, and that belongs to the website rather than provably to this table. So all eight rates on this site are marked UNDATED.

Why an undated price is a weak price
A rate you cannot date cannot be used for the two things people most want to use it for. You cannot say whether Dholera land has become more expensive, because you have nothing to compare against. And you cannot tell whether the figure you are quoting is still in force.
It is still the official asking rate, and it is still the best number available, which is why it is published here. But it is published with UNDATED in the effective date column on every row, and that column is not decoration.
The footer date is not the table date
It is tempting to take Last Updated 07/07/2026 and attach it to the table. That would be wrong, and it is exactly the sort of small dishonesty that spreads. A site wide footer field updates when anything on the site changes. It says nothing about when this particular table was written.
This register records that field, records that it cannot be tied to the table, and leaves the effective date empty. That is the whole discipline in one example.
The policy does not help, because it has no rates at all
The obvious next move is to check the allotment policy for a dated rate schedule. It does not have one. Ninety nine PDF pages were read and there is no per square metre figure anywhere, only blank price fields to be filled by hand. That finding is on the reserve price page.
So the two official sources between them give you a rate with no date and a policy with no rate. Both facts are recorded rather than smoothed over. The rates themselves are on the rates page.
