How this list is ordered, and what would move a rank
The rule. Parcels are ordered by the allotment date printed in their source, newest first, and only a date a document actually states counts. A value date, a balance sheet date and a gazette date are not allotment dates and none of them is used here, which is why ten of the twelve parcels cannot rank even though every one of them carries a date of some other kind.
What the two dates are. Both are the date a Letter of Award was issued, which is what the annual report says and all it says. Neither record states when a lease deed was executed, what area was awarded, or what was paid for the land.
What would move a rank. A third dated award, which would slot in by date alone. Or a lease execution date for either of the two here, which would not change this ranking but would let a second, sharper date column exist for the first time.
Who is not on this list, and on which criterion
Ten parcels cannot rank on this list, on one criterion: no document in this source set states an allotment date for them. That covers the Tata Semiconductor footprint, the three other companies named in the Board’s Report, the DSIRDA equity land, the Activation Area holding, the road land lease back, the unnamed proponents and the planned cleanroom site. The gazette notification that defines the 66.166 hectare Tata footprint is an SEZ notification rather than an allotment deed, and it is silent on date, tenure and consideration alike.
A project investment figure is not a land price
Two money figures sit beside these awards in the annual report: approximately Rs 2,000 crore against the GAP Associates award and approximately Rs 35 crore against the Seksaria Buildcon award. Both are stated total project investment, which is what the developer says it intends to spend on the whole scheme. Neither is the price paid for the land, neither is a consideration, and this register never ranks anything by them. The dataset carries an explicit warning field against both figures for that reason.

This list exists because of a correction
An earlier pass on this dataset asserted that no allotment date existed anywhere in the sources. Adversarial verification found two dated Letters of Award on pages 28 and 29 of the annual report, and both records were added on 4 August 2026. Before that correction this ranking would have been empty. The change log carries it in full, including what was wrong and how it was verified, because a register that only shows its current state is asking to be trusted.
