The only two dated awards
This page tells you about the only two land awards in Dholera that carry a date anybody can check, both from e-auctions held in late 2024. It matters because ten of the twelve parcels on this register have no date at all.

In plain words
Two, and both came out of an e-auction. A firm was awarded a plot for a residential and commercial mixed use development, with the Letter of Award issued on 14 November 2024. A joint venture was awarded a plot for a corporate three star hotel, with the Letter of Award issued on 24 December 2024. Neither entry states a plot number, a survey number, an area or a price. What each one states is a date, a route and an intended use.

Why these two exist and the other ten do not
These two allotments appear in a part of the annual report that describes specific transactions, so they carry specific detail. The four best known allottees appear in a different part of the same report, in a list of names attached to a single aggregate figure, so they carry none.
That is not a difference in importance. It is a difference in what the document happened to record, and it is the single biggest reason this register looks short. Ten parcels rank on nothing because their documents print nothing to rank on.
A correction was needed to find them at all
An earlier version of this dataset asserted that no allotment date existed anywhere in the source set. That was wrong. Both of these Letters of Award were in the annual report and had been missed. An adversarial verification pass on 4 August 2026 found them, both pages were re extracted and the quotes matched character for character before the records were added, and the declared gap was rewritten.
The correction is logged in full on the changes page, with what was wrong and how it was checked. A register that hides its own misses is not worth reading.
What a Letter of Award date does and does not tell you
It tells you when the authority confirmed the winner. It does not tell you when the lease was executed, and every deadline in the policy that matters afterwards runs from lease execution rather than from this date. The construction clock, on the construction delay page, is the clearest example.
It also does not tell you what was paid. The large rupee figures printed alongside both awards are project investment, which is set out on the investment page. These two awards are ranked against the rest on the latest allotments page.
Both awards, word for word
M/s GAP Associates was awarded a plot through E-Auction for the development of Residential & Commercial Mixed-Use Development project. The Letter of Award was issued on November 14, 2024.
M/s Seksaria Buildcon LLP, in joint venture with The Amore Banquet, was awarded a plot through E-Auction for the development of a corporate 3-Star Hotel project in Dholera SIR. The Letter of Award was issued on December 24, 2024.
